Renovations and Rehabilitation
We rehabilitate buildings in historic city centers and estates with historical value, carefully preserving both the structure and the memory of the place. Before beginning, we conduct a detailed study of the building's condition, identifying any existing problems and the applicable regulations. From there, we propose interventions that improve stability, insulation, and comfort, while maintaining the elements that give it character: sandstone walls, arches, exposed beams, and original facade proportions. We work closely with architects, building engineers, and surveyors to define technical solutions that integrate seamlessly into the building. The result is more livable, safe, and efficient spaces where people can live and work today without sacrificing the essence of the original construction.

We create unique structures such as arches, vaults, canopies, porches, and terrace roofs, combining traditional techniques with modern construction solutions.
