We coordinate architects, interior designers, and tradespeople to carry out new construction, complete renovations, and rehabilitations with precision and high-quality finishes, so you can simply enjoy the process and the result.

Founded by Miquel Riera in 1989 and incorporated as a limited company in 1996, we were born with a simple idea: to build with craftsmanship, care, and quality materials. Today, we continue on that same path: marés stone , natural stone , lime and sandstone , Mediterranean light , and comprehensive project management so you can enjoy both the process and the result. We are a multidisciplinary team that coordinates architects, engineers, surveyors, interior designers, and tradespeople. We plan , supervise, and execute projects with clarity, quality, and safety at every stage.
We work on new construction and complete renovations , rehabilitation of rural properties and listed buildings, and specialized projects such as arches , vaults , porches , and micropiling solutions when necessary. Every detail counts: realistic deadlines, durable finishes, and respect for the environment.
We continue to train and adopt new technologies without losing the artisanal touch that Miquel started. We build houses that breathe the Mediterranean.

Each year we renew our commitment by collaborating with various social organizations and projects, such as Save the Children , UNICEF , and sporting activities in Capdepera , among others. We contribute our small part through donations and sponsorships that support children, sports, and different social aid initiatives. We understand construction as something that goes beyond the building itself: it also means caring for the local environment and participating, discreetly and consistently, in improving the daily lives of the people in our community.
