Camp Rodó: renovation and expansion in a contemporary style
Renovation and extension of an existing house in Mallorca, with facades in Armat Classic STO and natural stone, reinterpreted arches and a pool in grey bush-hammered stone.
Light and shadow as a second drawing
There are lines that aren't on the plan, but they exist nonetheless. The shadows cast by the architectural elements of Camp Rodó create a second drawing, more subtle and ephemeral, but just as precise. An architecture that doesn't end with the material itself, but is completed by the light on facades made with Armat Classic STO and natural stone.
Water that returns transformed architecture
The water's surface reflects the architecture and returns it transformed: softer, more abstract, almost silent. A reflection that invites a second look and reveals the same space from a different perspective. The pool, finished in bush-hammered gray stone, completes a coherent, serene ensemble, fully integrated into its surroundings and reinforcing the project's material coherence.
Archery and the play of perspectives
It all depends on the point of view. The arcade, conceived as a continuous element, fragments and recomposes itself according to perspective, revealing a new geometry and a new relationship between solid and void at every angle. A renovation and extension of an existing house that highlights the memory of the space through a contemporary and meticulously crafted intervention.
